He has a master's degree in governance and management from OsloMet and a bachelor's degree in organization and management from Bulgaria.
He has broad expertise within the railway sector, both at operational, professional and academic level. He has developed reputation models specially adapted to the railway companies, and has worked with communication strategies for companies undergoing change. He has also been responsible for training conductors, with a focus on road safety, customer satisfaction and ticketing systems.
