Rita Jørgensen is employed as a course developer at RailAcademy and has over 30 years of driving experience as a locomotive driver from Denmark and Norway in DSB, NSB and CargoNet. She has extensive experience as a driving instructor, instructor and examiner. Rita has pedagogy training and experience with course development and dissemination from the railway and organisations.
She has also worked a lot with coordination and planning, and also has experience from follow-up and crisis management for staff who have been involved in accidents. She also has a certificate as a car mechanic.
