Mary-Ann Fallan is employed by Railsupport from 1 May 2019. She is a university engineer in electrical/automation and has, among other things, additional education in management, project management, coaching and finance
She has over 30 years' experience in developing infrastructure networks and over 12 years' experience as a project manager and construction manager. Mary-Ann has worked in major interdisciplinary projects and has gained experience in following up on various contracts for signal, electricity and telecommunications projects. In her roles, she has been responsible for checking and approving documentation, checking work carried out and handling all deviations/changes, both technical and financial.
Previous roles have been department manager, project manager, construction manager, planner and fitter. She has also been involved in building up a consulting engineering company in Drammen and a Telenor dealer in Bærum. Mary-Ann has a good understanding of business and is used to negotiating and communicating with different roles/persons at different levels in organisations, both from the contractor, supplier and builder side.
