Kristian M. Hernæs is a senior advisor at Railsupport AS. He has a master's degree in social economics from the University of Oslo and also has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Østfold University College and the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha.
Kristian has gained broad experience from various aspects of the railway through two years in Rejlers Railconsult and two years in Baneservice. In Baneservice, he was in the project management in the Mechanical track maintenance department and was involved in assignments such as ballast cleaning, rail grinding and rail lubrication.
