Railsupport assists Bane Nor in the procurement of wagons for heavy military vehicles

As a result of a Nordic collaboration, Bane NOR has entered into an agreement with the Norwegian Armed Forces and the Swedish Armed Forces regarding the purchase of new railway wagons for the transport of heavy military vehicles. Through this cooperation agreement, which has an upper limit of 120 wagons, all three parties are given the opportunity to acquire new wagons.

Railsupport is pleased to be able to assist with both railway expertise and military transport expertise in this process. Our contributions include each;

• Å utarbeide prosjektplan
• Mapping needs in collaboration with the Norwegian and Swedish Armed Forces
• Dialogue with important users and stakeholders
• Preparation of the functional specifications
• Assisting in the procurement process
